What We Do
A second-generation entrepreneur, Raj drives the innovation engine at SureWaves. Previously, he co-founded Armedia Labs, where his team developed the world’s first single-chip HDTV/MPEG decoder, later acquired by Broadcom in 1999. As Managing Director of Broadcom India, Raj led the development of a series of digital video system-on-chips that dominated the global set-top box market. He has also held leadership roles at Arcus Technology, Wipro, and Tata R&D Labs.
In 2004, Raj spearheaded the formation of the India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) and served as its founding Chairperson. He established OLAB, a cutting-edge semiconductor design lab at his alma mater, BITS Pilani, and helped set up Orchid Techscape, an incubator for tech and product startups at STPI Bangalore.
An Electrical & Electronics Engineer from BITS Pilani, Raj holds over 45 US patents and has received the Udyog Rattan and Bharat Gaurav awards for his contributions.
Off the clock, he enjoys theatre, poetry, philosophy, and exploring the history of human evolution.
Dan is a seasoned sales professional with extensive expertise in the U.S. local TV broadcast industry and a strong understanding of the challenges in today’s competitive landscape. With a forward-looking vision, he is committed to driving revenue growth through technology-driven solutions that empower local broadcasters to thrive. Dan has held senior leadership roles, including SVP of Sales at TEGNA, SVP of Sales at New York Times Broadcast Group, and VP of Sales at KHOU Houston, as well as various sales management positions at Clear Channel Television.
In his personal time, Dan is a passionate sports enthusiast and enjoys coaching young athletes in college football.
A second-generation entrepreneur, Anant co-founded Baysoft, a software products and services company that later merged with Ampersand Software.
With extensive leadership experience at companies like Aztecsoft, Celstream, Tektronix, and Wipro, Anant has successfully led numerous software development projects. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani.
Outside of work, Anant finds solace in long-distance running and is a well-known figure in marathon racing circles in India.
